Birthlight Pre-natal yoga incorporates adapted yoga poses specific for pregnancy.  Classes include gentle stretches combined with effective breathing techniques and relaxation to enhance pregnancy, and prepare a women’s body for labour and birth.

The Benefits of pre-natal yoga

Rebecca provides all yoga mats and blocks, but advises you to bring a cushion/pillow and a blanket for extra comfort.
