A Yoga enthusiast for many years, Rebecca became a fully qualified Sivananda yoga teacher in India  February 2006.

Sivananda yoga incorporates the 5 principles of yoga through proper exercise, breathing, relaxation, diet and meditation. The first three points are taught in the classes.

Rebecca classes are influenced by Sivananda, hatha and vinyasa flow yoga.  This provides for a varied class, both challenging yet relaxing for both body and mind.

Dynamic Yoga – aimed at people with former yoga experience and/or who have a good level of fitness and flexibility.

Beginners/Improvers Yoga – aimed at the complete beginners and people who have  practiced yoga before but not for a while.

The yoga classes are aimed at all ages and abilities. They increase flexibility, control stress, promote relaxation and increase vitality.

Rebecca provides all equipment, mats and blocks, but on chilly evenings bringing a blanket for final relaxation is advisable.

One-to-one sessions are also available upon request.
