Private 1-2-1 Classes

Private Yoga & Holistic Therapy for Women
These 1:1 sessions are tailored specifically to your needs—whether you're seeking support for stress, hormonal health, emotional balance, pelvic health issues, or simply time to reconnect with yourself.

Each session combines gentle, therapeutic yoga with breathwork, relaxation, and techniques drawn from my 20+ years of experience. I may also intuitively incorporate Reiki, hands-on energy healing, or massage-based techniques when I feel guided or if it will support your body more deeply that day.

No two sessions are the same—this is a holistic, compassionate space where your well-being leads the way.

As well as working with women that want to improve strength & flexibility I also specialise in:

  • Hormonal and emotional balance

  • Stress, overwhelm or burnout

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Sleep and relaxation

  • Menstrual or menopausal symptoms

  • Pelvic Floor Issues (e.g incontinence, prolapse)

  • Gentle recovery or injury support



One-to-one Investment

One off 1 hour class - £80 (can be for up to and including 2 people)

A block of THREE 1 hour classes - £210 (£70 per class)

A block of FIVE 1 hour classes - £325 (£65 per class)

A block of TEN 1 hours classes - £550 (£55 per class)

PLEASE NOTE: The initial class will include a full consultation and assessment.

Classes can either be in-person & online via Zoom.

If practising on-line, a recording of the class is given to you to so you can practise in-between sessions.

“I started Yoga with Rebecca Dobson in 2018 after unfortunately experiencing an anxiety breakdown followed by a second one last year. I was advised to try Pilates or Yoga by the counsellor that I was seeing, Pilates did not work for me so she recommended Rebecca Dobson for Yoga. I was very unsure what to expect when I started my one to one sessions at her then home in Henley and now home in Sonning Common. We even also continued all through Covid online.

I was very tense and extremely worried about facing new situations and new tasks but she has slowly helped me to work through  these anxieties. She has really taken the time to discover my  needs, and then to work  how far she could take me in any one session and giving me the confidence that I was lacking.

Rebecca always has a plan in mind for the hour but will ask me when I arrive  if I have any particular mental or physical needs that require working on and she will change her plans and focus on my present issue instead.

She has helped with an issue that I have with breathing correctly and taught me ways to improve my balance which is so important as you get older.

Although thank goodness, I am in a good mindset at the present time I still carry on with the one to one sessions and will continue to do so. I really feel that they help to balance my mind and my body.
