REIKI Level 1 COURSE

Reiki Level 1 is perfect for anyone who is interested in this ancient Japanese healing technique. This level gives you the knowledge and confidence to use Reiki healing on yourself, family and friends. The powerful physical and emotional balancing in the class leads to personal and spiritual development.

There are no pre-requisites to Reiki Level 1, just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn something incredibly special and new.

My group classes are kept small to ensure the highest standard of teaching. It is an intimate setting, where everyone has the time and space for questions and sharing experiences. Each class is different but there is no more than 6 in a class.

REIKI Level 2

(Second Degree)

Having gained a solid foundation with the First Degree Reiki course, you may feel ready to take your Reiki practice to the next level. This Reiki Level 2 course greatly increases the ability to use Reiki.

The course introduces the famous Reiki symbols, and will explore the many ways of using them to enhance the experience of Reiki, their practical use in daily life, and the deeper meaning behind them.

Reiki 2 is known as the Practitioner Level, and enables students to give professional treatments with confidence. A certificate will be awarded after the completion of several case studies.

More importantly Reiki 2 is also for self development and spiritual growth which indeed is the main original focus of the symbols. The course will include the Second Degree Reiki attunement, lots of hands-on practical using the Reiki Symbols, including learning how to send a Reiki treatment over a distance.
