Strong and Grounded Flow
A 45 minute well-instructed class, focusing on grounding through the feet, legs & hips. A great hip opening class, strengthening thighs, feet, including pelvic floor! Poses included are Chair pose, Lizard lunge/twist, malasana (squat), Warrior 2 & Goddess pose to boost your feminine energy. End with a brief relaxation to calm body & mind.
PROPS: 2 yoga blocks, blanket/cushion.
Level: All levels (plenty of modifications for beginners)
