Why I Created This Online Studio (and How It Can Support You)
For years, I’ve worked with women in yoga classes, workshops, and retreats, helping them reconnect with their bodies, breath, and inner wisdom. But I often heard the same challenge—maintaining a regular, supportive practice at home felt difficult. Life is busy, and self-care can easily fall to the bottom of the to-do list.
That’s why I created my Online Well Woman Yoga Studio, launching on February 28th. I wanted to offer a space where you can access nurturing, guided practices whenever you need them—whether it’s for movement, relaxation, or simply taking a moment for yourself.
