Strong in Stillness

Improve concentration and balance in this 30-minute yoga class for women. Using drishti (focal points), to strengthen your mind and help you balance. Poses includes a strong foot balance, hip openers, transitions from high crescent to warrior 2, and holding some poses to improve your focus.

PROPS: 2 yoga blocks, blanket/cushion.
